The President’s executive order delaying deportation of Latino youth has won him a boost of support among the Latino electorate.  However, this boost also is the result of a lack of substantive policy proposals from the GOP that appeal to this electorate.  As I discuss on Hardball, if Romney is to win Latino support, Spanish language outreach won’t cut it alone, he must also bring the substance.
